Payment methods

Paypal

Payment with an existing PayPal customer account or as a guest via PayPal. During the order process, you will be forwarded directly to PayPal. Your delivery will be dispatched as soon as payment is received.

Credit card

Payment by credit card (VISA/Mastercard). Credit card payments are processed by the payment service provider PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card. After you have authorized the payment amount, it will be charged to your credit card account.

Direct transfer (Sofort)

Payment by direct transfer (Sofort) is effected similar to a usual online bank transfer at your bank. On completion of your order, you will automatically be forwarded to the payment form of Sofort GmbH, where you complete the order by entering your information (IBAN / BIC / PIN / TAN). Sofort automatically posts the transfer to your online bank account in real time. The purchase amount is transferred immediately and directly to our bank account.

Insured dispatch with tracking

Shipment is effected exclusively by postal delivery. Delivery costs are calculated per parcel. The value of the merchandise results from the value of the ordered and deliverable merchandise, less any credit notes or vouchers granted.

Please make sure that you do not accept a damaged parcel from the deliverer of the shipment!

In the event that you accept an already opened or damaged parcel, you implicitly acknowledge the proper delivery of the parcel. Unfortunately, this will void any claim for compensation.

 

FAQs

Which logistics partner is responsible for delivering the items?
The items are shipped via DPD.

When can I expect the delivery of my items?
Unless otherwise agreed or stated on the item, delivery will take place within five business days.

How can I track my delivery?
As soon as your DPD shipment has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This contains the tracking number (combination of numbers and letters to clearly identify your parcel at DPD) for monitoring the current status of your shipment. In the event you have not received an email, please also check your spam or trash folder.

What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
In the event that you are not at home when delivery takes place, DPD will deliver the shipment to your spouse or housemate/neighbor at the address provided against acknowledgement of receipt. If the DPD parcel could not be delivered to a substitute addressee, you will receive a notification card with which you may request another delivery attempt or pick up the parcel at the specified branch office within seven business days presenting your ID. If the DPD parcel was not collected within the storage period or if it could not be delivered within the second attempt of delivery, it is deemed undeliverable and will be returned to the consignor.

Is it possible to deliver my order to another address?
During the order process, you can also specify a delivery address that differs from the billing address.
